PhotoPills had indicated that the core of the Milky Way would be visible not too long after Sunset,. So I had scouted a location that had a pretty light-free view to the south. OK, so light pollution from Denver suburbs or Colorado Springs. This view is looking south southeast.
Couldn't make up my mind if I liked the horizontal or vertical format, so I put in both.
Back in Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park's Trail Ridge Road, just a long scenic view. Or is it? Look at the snowfied just to the left of center.
